Returns & Exchanges

At PUKAS SURF SHOP, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded and apparel still has all technical tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
